We use this information solely to evaluate feasibility, prepare proposals and quotations, communicate about your project, coordinate production and shipping, and provide after-sales support. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public alongside your comment.

Media and Design Files

If you upload images, reference photos, or design files to our website or send them to us via email, please avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS) unless necessary. How Long We Retain Your Data

Inquiry details, quotations, and project correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to support your project, maintain accurate business records, and comply with legal, tax, and export documentation requirements. If you leave a comment on our site, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely, so we can recognize and approve legitimate follow-up comments.

Design files, 3D models, and reference images related to your project are kept under our confidentiality protocols for the duration of the project and any agreed retention period, after which they may be securely deleted upon your request.

Where Your Data Is Sent

As an exporter serving clients in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Belt & Road markets, your project information may be transferred internally between our sales, engineering, and production teams in Quyang, Hebei Province, China, and shared with logistics or installation partners in your destination country solely for order fulfilment purposes.

Visitor comments may also be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

We understand that sculpture concepts, maquettes, and design files often represent original creative work. All design files, 3D models, drawings, and correspondence shared with us are handled under a closed-loop document management system with strict confidentiality protocols. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are standard practice for artist and designer collaborations upon request.
