Graceful S-Curve Neck
This metal swan sculpture gives the classic swan form a clean contemporary interpretation. The long neck rises in a smooth S-curve, while the rounded body creates a strong contrast with the slim neck and pointed head.

The most distinctive feature is the open tail design. Instead of forming solid feathers, Mily uses a series of curved stainless steel rods that extend outward from the body. Their different lengths and gentle bends create a sense of movement, almost like feathers flowing in the wind.

The body has a full, rounded shape like a large drop of liquid metal. We polish it to a true mirror finish. The surface picks up the sky, the grass and the house behind it, so the swan looks different at every hour. Morning light gives it a soft glow, and the evening sun turns it warm gold.

Hand-Welded and Polished Step by Step
Every stainless steel animal sculpture starts as flat stainless steel sheet. Our workers roll the sheet into the round body and the long neck. Then they weld the panels together, inch by inch.
The left photo shows a welder joining the neck and head, with the rough grey surface still visible. Next, the team grinds each weld flat until the seam disappears. The right photo shows the body after grinding and rough sanding. The surface already looks smooth and bright, but fine sanding lines remain. Our polishers keep working through finer grits until those lines vanish and the steel reflects like a mirror.

After polishing, we attach the wing rods and check the balance. This hands-on process gives each swan a clean surface that lasts outdoors.

Strict Quality Inspection Before Shipping
We check every metal swan sculpture before it leaves the workshop. Our inspectors measure the height and proportions against the drawing. They run a hand over the mirror surface to find waves, scratches or weld marks, and they polish again if needed. They test each wing rod for firm welds and stable balance. They also inspect the base plate for strength. Then we photograph the finished sculpture from every side and pack it in a foam-lined wooden crate for safe delivery.
