Mily’s stainless steel clover sculpture turns that symbol into three smooth, flowing loops. Each loop passes through the next and returns to its start. The line never ends, much like luck and family that grow year after year.
Mirror Polishing Shaped by Hand
The mirror finish defines this metal clover sculpture. Even a small surface flaw can distort a reflection, so our sculptors pay close attention to every curve from the start. They bend each 6 mm stainless steel band over a full-size template, checking the shape by hand to keep the loops flowing smoothly.
Once the sections fit together, our welders join them from the inside of the bands. Our polishers then grind each seam until it blends into the surrounding surface. They work through several grades of abrasives, from coarse to fine, following the contours of each loop to achieve an even, continuous reflection.
Before the sculpture leaves the workshop, our team inspects it under strong lighting from different angles. If a wave, scratch, or dull patch interrupts the reflection, the area returns for further polishing. We focus on how the finished surface reflects its surroundings, not just how it looks straight on. This careful, hands-on inspection gives our mirror polished clover sculpture a consistent finish across its complex, overlapping forms.
Packed to Arrive Without a Scratch
A mirror finish scratches easily, so we take extra care when packing each stainless steel clover sculpture. We wrap every loop in thick protective padding and cover it with stretch film. Then we secure the abstract metal sculptures inside a custom wooden crate. Strong wooden slats and internal braces hold each loop firmly in place, preventing movement during road and sea transport. We photograph every step of the packing process and send you the pictures before shipping.
