A Sculpture That Captures Natural Movement
This willow tree sculpture reproduces the soft, cascading form of a real willow through hundreds of individually cut steel leaves. As one of Mily’s signature metal garden sculptures, it hangs freely from a slender trunk, and the leaves catch light from every angle, so the piece never looks static.

Wind passes through the canopy and each strand sways slightly, giving the willow tree sculpture a living quality that flat metal art can’t match. Mily’s artisans study branch density and drop length before fabrication, so the silhouette reads as organic rather than mechanical, even at full scale.

Precision Craftsmanship Behind Every Branch
Building a willow tree sculpture at this scale takes real skill. Our craftsmen laser-cut every leaf from stainless steel sheet, then hand-shape each stem to a slightly different curve so no two branches fall the same way.
Welders join hundreds of small components onto the main trunk, and each joint gets ground smooth before polishing. This process takes weeks per piece, and we test the balance of the canopy at multiple stages to keep the tree standing straight under wind load.

Built From Marine-Grade Stainless Steel
We fabricate this willow tree sculpture from 304 or 316 stainless steel, and both grades resist rust, UV fading, and humidity without a protective coating. 316 grade adds extra chloride resistance, so we recommend it for coastal properties or gardens near pools.
The trunk and base carry a thicker gauge steel to support the full weight of the canopy, while the leaves use a lighter gauge for natural drape. A mirror-polished finish gives the tree a bright, reflective surface that changes tone through the day, from silver at noon to warm gold at sunset.

Custom Sizing and Finish Options
Every willow tree sculpture leaves our workshop built to the client’s brief. The square steel base bolts directly onto concrete or paving, so installation stays simple. We adjust height, canopy width, leaf count, and finish tone to match a specific setting.
